Individual and Couples Counseling
Addiction and Recovery
Unhealthy or dependent use of alcohol and drugs and/or compulsive behavior resulting in negative consequences involving health, relationships, money or job.

Anxiety
A mood lasting two or more weeks with symptoms ranging from excessive worry, feeling overwhelmed, irritability, lack of concentration, difficulty with completing tasks and/or sleep disturbance.
Codependency
A focus on other peoples’ needs or problems at the expense of one’s own needs and self care often resulting in periods of irritability, exhaustion, or feeling resentful.
Depression
A mood lasting for two or more weeks with symptoms ranging from a lack of interest or motivation, fatigue, agitation, significant weight loss or gain, increased sleep or insomnia, sadness and/or crying spells.
Family Transitions
Relationship changes involving new children, new parents, blended families, separation or divorce.
Holistic Self Care
Exploring and building upon principles and tools related to one’s physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Personal Development
Exploring tools to grow or challenge oneself in areas including self esteem, career, relationships and sense of life purpose and meaning.
Relationships
Relationship building and communication skills involved with enhancing current relationships and/or exploring ways to connect with people in new and meaningful ways.
